Introduction
What is the Complete SQE Training Course?
Our Complete SQE Training (Law graduates) course will prepare you for the SQE1 and SQE2 assessments, as well as build the additional specialist knowledge you need for a career in legal practice. It will develop the key legal skills needed to succeed in the SQE2 assessments – as well as the wider professional skills you’ll need in your future career as a solicitor.
How you can study
Whether you opt for full or part-time, you’ll receive a set number of contact hours per week, in the form of workshops with small groups. This provides an important social and collaborative learning environment as well as valuable interaction with our professionally experienced tutors, who use their expertise to bring your studies to life. Throughout the course, there will be designated breaks for the consolidation of learning.
You can choose to study this course through face-to-face learning at our centres, or online via Online Classroom Live; our premium virtual classroom. The course is exactly the same, with the same amount of live teaching, no matter which mode you choose.
Full-time
You’ll be taught SQE1 Preparation and Essentials for Practice over twelve months and receive between 8.5 and 10 contact hours per week. In addition to this contact time, students will be required to complete approximately 30 hours of independent learning per week. SQE2 Preparation then requires up to 100 hours of independent study before undertaking 10 days of live coaching workshops and assessments.
Part-time
You’ll be taught SQE1 Preparation and Essentials for Practice over 24 months and will typically receive four contact hours per week. In addition to this contact time, students will be required to complete approximately 10-12 hours of independent learning per week. SQE2 Preparation then requires up to 100 hours of independent study before undertaking 8 days of live coaching workshops and assessments.
