Our flagship LLB Honours Law degree will help you lay the foundations for a successful career as a solicitor, barrister, or other law-related employment. It is the only undergraduate course that offers a qualifying law degree for exemption from the academic stage of professional legal education, recognized by the Joint Academic Stage Board of Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and Bar Standards Board (BSB).A high percentage of our lecturers are qualified as solicitors, barristers, or both, in the UK and other jurisdictions and you will benefit from their experience and expert knowledge.On the LLB Honours Law degree, you will gain an excellent grounding in legal skills and foundation subjects. You will also be given opportunities to gain specialist knowledge in areas such as Employment Law. In your first year, you will also explore legal research skills and have an opportunity to take part in a moot.
